We offer payment by invoice through Klarna, as well as card payments, Apple pay and Masterpass.

All Aframeposter prints are produced at the same factory, located just a few kilometers from our warehouse. We use MultiDesign® paper, a high-white, premium, wood-free paper. “Wood-free” means the wood pulp has been bleached, leaving no yellow lignin behind.

Our paper is 269g/m², providing superior quality, enhanced printing results, and greater durability thanks to its thickness.

All our prints are FSC® MIX certified, carry the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, and are Elemental Chlorine Free (ECF).

Unfortunately, we only offer prints in the sizes available on our website.

We send gift cards directly to the provided email address once payment is processed. They are easy to print if you wish to give them as a physical gift.

Orders are typically shipped the next day and should arrive within 1-3 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, usually taking between 3-10 business days.

Europe:
2-6 business days, shipped with DHL or FedEx.

Rest of the world:
2-7 business days, shipped with DHL or FedEx.

Delivery costs vary based on the destination. The shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your payment.

Posters without a frame are shipped in a durable, protective tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aframeposter.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
