How We Share Your Information
We only share your data in the following situations:

• Shipping: We share your name, address, phone number, and email with our shipping partners (DHL, Bring, FedEx, Schenker, Ryska Posten, and Postnord) to fulfill your order and provide delivery notifications.
• Payment Providers: We share necessary details (name, address, email, phone number) with our payment providers (Klarna, PayPal, and Woocommerce payments) to complete the purchase securely and prevent fraud.
• Newsletter: If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be stored by Mailchimp, our email service provider, for sending updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Printing Company: We share address details with our printing company to process and ship your order.

• Consultation: Information provided during consultations is stored only to complete the case. It is deleted once the case is closed.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We will only retain your personal information as long as necessary for each purpose. In most cases, we delete your information once the purpose is fulfilled. However, we may retain certain data if required for legal obligations, such as compliance with the Accounting Act.

Gift cards purchased from Aframeposter are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and can be used to shop on our website. After the validity period expires, the gift card will no longer be valid for payments and cannot be reactivated. The remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable.

Please treat the gift card as a valuable document; it should be stored securely. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options, with payments processed directly by Klarna:

Pay within 14 days: You have 14 days from the dispatch of your goods to complete payment. The full terms for paying within 14 days can be found here.

Klarna Account: Klarna Account is a credit account offered by Klarna, allowing you to pay for purchases monthly. Payments can be made for a minimum of 1/24 (or 50 SEK) of the total utilized credit, or as agreed at checkout. To provide you with these payment options, we may need to share your personal, contact, and order information with the relevant payment service provider. We encourage you to review our privacy policy. The use of your data is governed by applicable data protection laws and Klarna’s privacy policy.

Each item is priced inclusive of VAT. At checkout, the total price will be displayed, covering all fees, VAT, shipping, and payment. We accept payments via Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Swish. For orders shipped outside the EU, you will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. Please note that orders to non-EU destinations are not subject to VAT.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. You may open the packaging to inspect the product, but the item must remain unused, in its original packaging, and in undamaged condition. Please contact info@aframeposter.com before initiating any returns.

Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued for the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed by Aframeposter within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

The customer has purchased a numbered limited edition print. The customer has purchased a customized product or an item with significant custom adjustments, such as a limited edition print. Products made according to the customer’s specific requests or specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Aframeposter.com requires customers to be at least 18 years old to make purchases.

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged from before delivery, you can file a claim. Please email info@aframeposter.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To process the claim, include photos of the damage and packaging in your email. Once the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional shipping cost.

Delivery within the EU typically takes 1-5 business days, depending on the carrier selected at checkout, including DHL, Postnord, Bring, Schenker, or FedEx. For international shipments, delivery times range from 2-7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Most shipments are held at your local postal agent for 7 days, and the notice will specify the storage period. If the package is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to the sender. For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative, and handling fees. The current cost for this is 15 EURO.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes do not apply to limited edition items.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the item as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a claim. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Events beyond Aframeposter’s control, which could not have been reasonably anticipated, shall be considered force majeure. In such cases, Aframeposter is relieved from its obligations to fulfill the agreement.

Aframeposter reserves the right to modify any information without prior notice. Aframeposter also reserves the right to refuse orders on a case-by-case basis. If an item is discontinued, Aframeposter may cancel the purchase and issue a refund for any pre-paid amounts. Aframeposter is not responsible for any typographical errors on this website. Additionally, Aframeposter does not guarantee that all images accurately represent the actual appearance of the products. Aframeposter reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any pricing errors.
