Returns and refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aframeposter.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Some items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or limited editions). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of gift cards.
To get the item you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
